He strives to make fitness and the time he shares in the gym with all his athletes the best part of their day. When Zach is not in the gym, you can find him spending time with his wife, son and two rescue pups or cheering on all of his Denver Sports teams, but especially the CU Buffs!

  • Amy Ernst

Amy moved to Colorado in 2019 after being a born and raised Jersey girl. She also spent several years in Boston. Surrounded by fitness and sport her entire life, she grew up dancing and playing soccer, field hockey, basketball and lacrosse. Her passion for helping others and pushing them to reach their potential, led her to start teaching fitness classes in 2021. When she’s not enjoying Colorado’s outdoor activities like snowboarding, hiking and camping, you can find her playing with her goldendoodle, nerding out on health, fitness and nutrition, or daydreaming on Zillow about outrageously overpriced homes.
