I have been meaning to drop you a note. I absolutely love PSF. I have taken only classes with Taylor and Jillian and both are amazing. Except for this past week I had only been at the 5:15 am class which is so amazing that you have for us working moms (and other early morning crazies!). Every workout leaves me feeling stronger but not beat up. I love the variety and the positive encouragement.
As for results, I started PSF coming off running a marathon and now feel like I have gained strength all over, particularly where I didn’t focus much before my race. My core is stronger which has helped ease back pain which seems way too common for me with running and turning 40!
Hopefully one of these days I’ll get to check out other instructors – I hear they are wonderful. Thanks for providing such great workouts.
