When I first started at PSF eight months ago, the goal was to get back in shape after being sidelined with a sports injury and to lose the weight I needed to lose to fit back into my skinny jeans. The jeans fit after about two months, but by that time I was addicted to the workouts. Now, it’s about far more than just the jeans. I am stronger, leaner and healthier than I’ve been in years, and next weekend I am competing in my first sprint triathlon in almost a decade (and only my second one ever!). Even on a daily basis, I am more productive and focused on the days that start with a PSF workout. My PSF days are just better days!

One Year Later:

Hi, Scott and Laura. September marked my one year anniversary as a
member of PSF and I wanted to make sure you realized the
impact it has had on my life. When I first came into the studio last
fall I was overweight, out of shape and depressed about my recurring
ankle injury. Although I have always been athletic, I thought there was
no way I could do the classes (especially after finishing the very first
class!), and no way I could ever really run again without re-injuring
myself.

As of today I have lost 22 pounds, am wearing smaller clothes – in some
cases 2-3 sizes smaller – and have completed two triathlons, which I
also thought I would never do again. Together, Cameron and I have lost
almost 50 pounds since we started working out with you guys. Even more
important, I feel like my old self again. I’m addicted to the workouts, I
feel stronger and healthier, everyday activities like hiking and riding
my bike are easier, and that competitive spark I though I had lost is
still in there. And sometimes I can even spot a muscle in my arm!

Thanks for the great and motivating classes. I’m looking forward to another year!
