PSF has the type of training technique that really resonates with me. Pushing me hard with a bit of positive reinforcement to keep me wanting to do more. I really appreciate all the help on proper form and such, too. My fear with Crossfit was that I was so afraid of injuring myself. I’ve had a really great experience at PSF – it’s such a great strength series and fast moving. Definitely a challenge but all doable, and just what I like. When I’m in there, I can start to see the athlete that I want to be. I enjoy pushing myself in a different way than I do during long endurance events and I know that this will only help me as I continue my Ironman endeavors.
