I am proud to say that one year and 40 pounds later, I am still going strong.

New Year’s Resolution 101:

January 11th marks 1 year from my first training session with Scott St. John.  At that point it had been quite a few years (including one shoulder surgery, a pregnancy and countless additional pounds) since I had been able to maintain a regular exercise regime.  Needless to say, with my hectic work/life schedule I was skeptical that I would be able to find something I would be willing and able to stick with.

I started the year off with a personal training plan and an aggressive nutrition program.  By the end of April the team “gently” pushed me out of the personal training nest and I began participating in the group classes.  While I am still hesitant to become a regular in the front row (fear of the mirror syndrome- that is something to work on for 2014!), I am proud to say that one year and 40 pounds later, I am still going strong.

The diversity and personal attention are great.  But you really can’t argue with the results.  I truly appreciate what the PSF team has helped me to achieve over the past year, and am looking forward to continued success!
