“When I started Pearl Street Fitness I had never, ever taken a class-style workout, so I was worried that I was going to hurt myself, that it was going to be impersonal, and that I was not going to like it. The thing that I like the most is that the trainers have been so extremely attentive, even in a large class. I feel like they are extremely conscientious that my body position is right, head is off my chest, etc. I am definitely not a spring chicken, almost 40, but have never gotten hurt once… so happy they take care of our bodies.”
