B.Y.O.Bike Indoor Cycling Class – Register Now!
Registration is underway for the B.Y.O.Bike Indoor Cycling Class. All levels welcome. Don’t forget to bring your bike (see specs below). The classes will launch initially in Wash Park on Tues and Thurs early mornings, and then opening up Thursday evening. More classes will be added in Cherry Creek as well.

About the Class.
Gain and maintain your fitness for outdoor riding with these challenging and exciting BYO-Bike spin classes. Don’t stress about an improper fit or not training the correct muscle groups – you will be riding your own bike! Our classes will feature an array of workouts ranging from longer endurance rides, hill simulations, and sprints to build endurance and
maximize power output and efficiency.
Improve your cycling techniques and get in shape for your cycling season – whether your
training for a race, a century ride, or just to be better recreational cyclist next season! We’re open to all fitness levels.
